The Target Method is suited for spontaneous, swift reflections at the end of a workshop, with small to medium sized groups.
It tests whether a previously defined goal, for example, a solution, was met during the workshop.
In addition to marking the achievement of objectives close to the bull's-eye, the personal engagement/effect with regard to the achievement of objectives can also be marked on the target.
Preparation of the target depends on the size of the group and the expected markings.
Supply sufficient marking material, for example, coloured Sticky dots, markers, or similar.
Online: make sure that a suitable online whiteboard is available.
Emerging trends, mutual interference and herd behaviour must be avoided, if possible (one control option is available under Section 4, Execution).
