In the various knowledge areas, you will learn about the theoretical foundations of resource management and what relax – concentrate – create means.

Additionally, you will find information about different project and workshop formats, as well as guidance on using the knowledge database.

Four online courses on rcc basics

People are generally healthy, satisfied, and productive when their regenerative, concentrative, and creative activities are in a harmonious, individually aligned balance, allowing them to resonate with their environment. A comprehensive web-based training program, consisting of four courses, provides you with a theoretical introduction to the sustainable management of individual resources through the Introduction course. The relax course explains what regeneration, protective, and stress factors mean for your organism. In the concentrate and create courses, you will learn how concentration and creativity can be enhanced to increase the likelihood of innovative solutions. You must be registered to attend the courses.
