How satisfied are you with yourself and your life at the moment? Dealing with this question is more than just small talk. Satisfaction, for example, is also an important basis for resilience and therefore a basis for your ability to cope with disruptive events and developments in a highly dynamic environment.
This indicator is based on the Oxford Happiness Test by Peter Hills and Michael Argyle. The questionnaire, or rather the material for it, was used for a long time at Oxford Brookes University for students, became publicly known due to its popularity and is now a very well evaluated and recognised test.
If you fill out the questionnaire seriously, it will give you important information about your level of satisfaction and food for thought that you should incorporate into your further analyses.
The result consists of a number between one and six. The number is an indicator. The known average is just over four.
