With the rcc project, you go through a structured process of resource management that initiates and anchors change. 

This rcc process has the following main phases:

1. Recording and analysing your activities and requirements
2. Structured recording of your protective factors (resources) and stress factors (risks)
3. Setting goals and behavioural and relationship-modifying measures
4. Learning and applying methods and techniques, reflecting on and journalising your experiences
5. Reviewing, evaluating and adapting measures and goal.
