This indicator is derived from the Organisational Resilience Health Check developed in Australia and New Zealand. The indicator was adapted specifically for universities at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
In contrast to the indicator for personal resilience, when you work through the following tool you are asked to think only about the organisation in which you currently work or in which you have been employed for a long time.
From the two poles of the described states, it is clear that you should assess the organisational aspects from your perspective and not analyse your own behaviour or the behaviour within the team.
For this tool to really work, it is important that you answer authentically, but also as spontaneously as possible. Experience shows that prolonged reflection tends to lead to a middle ground, which would, however, prevent valuable insights and thought-provoking impulses.
