This is where things get moving. Based on your analysis, you define clear, achievable goals and choose the measures that fit. The four online courses of the Web-Based Training ("Introduction", "relax", "concentrate", "create") teach you how to put your intentions into practice in a targeted way.
Phase 3: Reflecting & anchoring (your progress)
This step is crucial for lasting success. The platform prompts you regularly to reflect. You review your progress, see in your journal what is already working well, and adjust your plan where needed. That is how you anchor new habits firmly into your everyday life.
