Description Long
The following questions must be clarified, to ensure that all project participants can work together professionally, towards the goal. Has an assignment/question been provided or can the topic be chosen freely? What interests you and your group in particular? What could interest your audience in particular?
Preparation
There is no need to prepare anything. It is all about attitude, curiosity and interest.
Get an overview of the topic, research sources of inspiration and exchange ideas. Develop initial ideas.
Execution
Approach the principals proactively and ask questions boldly. This is the right moment for it.
Depending on the options, you can pick a topic that is controversial and invites discussion, maybe one that your target audience does not know much about yet, or one that they believe they have a clear opinion about. Choose a question/topic for which you are ready to convey a novel or different perspective.
Make sure that everyone has understood the assignment/question precisely. Use the opportunity to pose each question as differentially as possible and to take time to clarify them. Are there current, significant or undesired issues?
Do not get intimidated by the difficulty of the task or well-known recipients of Oscars. The audience will be equally captured by a story that is well laid out, brief and intimate. The only thing that matters is that you convey your question/topic via a coherent story.
Be sure to take enough time to clarify each issue in great detail, when implementing the question/topic as a group. It is crucial for future projects, in particular, during busy phases.
