Description Long
At the end of the workshop, the facilitators gather feedback from participants. Specific questions are asked about various aspects of the session, such as individual methods, facilitation, and overall engagement. To respond, participants stand in the field that best matches their opinion (1, 2 or 3). To avoid revealing their answers to others, they keep switching between fields until the facilitator calls out: “1, 2 or 3 – last chance... time’s up!” Only when “stop!” is called does their choice become final. After that, no further movement is allowed. Alternatively, the familiar theme tune from the TV show “1, 2 or 3” can be played.
Field 1: I didn’t like it
Field 2: I thought it was okay
Field 3: I liked it
Once all responses have been collected, facilitators may ask follow-up questions — particularly to those in fields 1 and 2 — to understand what could be improved. If time permits, participants in field 3 can also be invited to share what they found positive. The facilitators may record how many participants rated different aspects of the workshop as poor, average or good.
